1. Pricing
All prices listed for our products include VAT.
For Value-Added Tax, a 16% tax rate will be applied for all of European Union territories where this tax applies. All companies based in European Union countries, with the exception of Spain, will be exempt from this tax. The VAT will not affect sales to any other country. However, each country’s respective customs system will apply that country’s corresponding duties.
Due to their special tax system, the geographic territories corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU member territories. As such, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT (customs expenditures and taxes on imports are not included in the unit price and shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery).

All products advertised at reduced prices by aguadebaleares.com will be listed on the company’s website along with the following information: discounted price, normal price, percent of discount, and the final effective date for the discount or promotion. These discounts will be available until the date indicated, or while supplies last, after which point the product will automatically be removed from the website.
2. Forms of Payment
a) Bank Transfer
Individuals choosing to pay via bank transfer will receive, together with their order confirmation, an email indicating the account number in the name of AGUA DE BALEARES to which the bank transfer should be sent. It is very important that the subject line indicate the order number and first and last name of the purchaser. In order to validate the order, the transfer should be made within three days of order confirmation date.
You may also send a transfer receipt by email to info@aguadebaleares.com. However, orders will only be considered valid once our administration department receives confirmation that the transfer has been completed.
Note that payments must be made in EUROS and that you are responsible for any applicable currency exchange and/or bank charges when choosing this method of payment. For bank transfers from countries outside of Spain it is very important that you request that your bank charge all relevant commissions and charges to your account when requesting the bank transfer. If this is not done, AQUA PATRIAE S.L. may freeze the delivery of your order due to incomplete payment.
b) Credit Card and PayPal
We guarantee that all transactions carried out at aguadebaleares.com are 100% secure. All transactions involving the transmission of personal and bank information are performed using a secure protocol. Wu use a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Locked Layer). All information that you transmit to us via the internet is encrypted.
Furthermore, your credit card details are not stored in a database, but rather are sent directly to the bank’s POS (Point of Sale) Terminal.
Credit card fraud is a crime and AQUA PATRIAE will prosecute any individual who conducts fraudulent transactions on our online store.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Spain
- Free shipping for orders of greater than 50 Euro (VAT included).
- A shipping and handling charge of 4,90 Euro will be applied to orders of less than 50 Euro.
- Destination Delivery Times (based on destination): 3-5 working days
Other destinations (European Union)
- Free shipping for orders of greater than 50 Euro (VAT included).

4. Returns and Exchanges
Once the customer has received the product no returns or exchanges will be admitted, unless the product should present a flaw or defect of any kind. In the event that the product should present a flaw or defect, customer shall have a period of seven (7) calendar days, as of the date of receipt of the product, to exercise the right of return.
In the event of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Likewise, any collection costs shall be borne by the customer (equal to the cost of shipping of the type of product purchased and destination). In order for return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once goods have been received, reimbursement will be made by means of payment originally used by the customer. In any event, the return of flawed products and mistaken deliveries will be admitted, and AQUA PATRIAE S.L. will be responsible for all shipping costs provided the customer informs of this situation within seven (7) calendar days as of the date of receipt of product. In order to make a return, the customer must send to AQUA PATRIAE S.L. an email to the following address: info@aguadebaleares.com.
5. Legislation and Jurisdiction
These conditions will be interpreted pursuant to the relevant Spanish legislation currently in effect, which will also be applied for any situation not outlined in this document. (Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce)
